Hey guys! So as you may or may not know, the Booktube-a-Thon is upon us. Now I am obviously not a booktuber, but I thought it would still be fun to participate. This will be the first time I take part in a read-a-thon so i’m not sure how it’s gonna go, let’s just hope I manage to read a decent amount. In this post I will be sharing the books I am planning to read in order to complete the challenges. The Booktube-a-Thon takes place from July 24th – July 30th. Without further ado, here is my TBR.
Hey guys. We’re back! Our most recent post went up at the end of May so you could say it has been a while. I would like to explain why we have been so absent. Doreth has been finishing up her first year of Journalism at uni and it has been hectic. I had a huge school project to finish up and after that we were both busy searching for an internship starting in September (let’s hope we’ll be able to keep up a regular schedule when that starts). Neither of us have had a lot of time to read but now that Summer is here I’ve been on a roll! I figured I would do some mini-reviews for the books I’ve read this past week and a half. Also you might have noticed that our blog is looking a little different. That’s because I got a bit fed up with our old design and thought it needed a change, I’m not yet completely content with the way it looks at the moment so there are still a couple changes to come but overall I’m quite happy with the layout as it is right now. Let us know what you think of the new design! Now without further ado (or further rambling if you will) ket’s get on with the reviews!
I know we’re well into 2017 and Christmas is a thing of the past (to be fair it’s only like two weeks ago, okay maybe three but whatever, I’m still in the Christmas spirit) but Doreth promised you that I would show you all the awesome goodies she got me so I will do so.
December is upon us and the Christmas vibes are real. And when I think Christmas, I think Winter. Therefore I am going to share with you, the top 5 books I want to read this winter. Now, first I would like to give a quick disclaimer. Due to the fact that I have put myself on a book buying ban, I will only mention books that are already on my shelf. Now let’s get into the books!
